Fresh “pasta filata” cheese with cow’s pasteurized milk. Originating in Southern Italy, smoked filone is a fresh cheese with spun paste, shaped as a log. Naturally smoked with aromatic wood, filone is a kind of cheese appreciated both on its own and as an ingredient in preparing hot and cold recipes.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet, salt
Intended for: The entire population, including individuals at risk such as children and the elderly, with the exception of individuals who are allergic to lactose and/or milk proteins
Nutritional use: In order to taste the typical milk flavor, we advise that you return the product to an ambient temperature (by soaking the package in tepid water for 15 to 20 minutes) before consumption. We recommend also, to taste the best, to cook it grilled
