Storage Conditions:
The frozen product must be stored sealed at -18°C and used before the expiry date. Please defrost the sealed product by keeping it in the fridge at +4°C for about 12 hours and store at +4°C. Use within 7 days from defrosting date in the sealed packaging. Even though the product is microbiologically sound after 7 days, we recommend it be consumed once thawed. Do not refreeze once defrosted
Shelf life:
12 months at – 18° from production date
Ingredients: Buffalo’s milk, natural whey-inoculation, rennet, salt
Intended for: The entire population, including individuals at risk such as children and the elderly, with the exception of individuals who are allergic to lactose and/or milk proteins
Nutritional use: In order to taste the typical milk flavor, we advise that you return the product for approximately two hours to an ambient temperature before consumption. Or alternatively, once defrosted, by soaking the package in tepid water for 15 to 20 minutes)
