Naturally Smoked Scamorza Cheese 300 gr

Fresh “pasta filata” cheese with cow’s pasteurized milk. Originating in Southern Italy, scamorza has a characteristic pear shape and the process of ripening the cheese has given scamorza its name, which in Italian means ‘beheaded’.
