Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, rennet, salt and milk enzymes
Intended for: The entire population, including individuals at risk such as children and the elderly, with the exception of individuals who are allergic to lactose and/or milk proteins
Production Requirements: ar and easy to handle and measure. The high-moisture julienne are thick and juicy, tailored as an ideal ingredient for hot or cold applications: pizza, ready meals, tarts, salad and many others. Kitchen professional can create new recipes and keep tight control on costs.
Nutritional use: In order to taste the typical milk flavor, we advise that you return the product for approximately two hours to an ambient temperature before consumption. Or alternatively, once defrosted, by soaking the package in tepid water for 15 to 20 minutes)
